Is Gaviña still open for business? Yes

What are the hours of operation? Gaviña is operating normal business hours. Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Can I still order coffee and all the other allied products? Coffee, Yes. Allied products are dependent on our vendor supply chain.

Is Gaviña still delivering coffee to businesses? Yes. Subject to local city and county guidelines/restrictions.

Can I pick up my coffee at Gaviña? Yes. Gaviña’s “will call” is still open and operating normal business hours,

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

What happens if my equipment needs servicing? We continue to service equipment as needed, but are subject to local city and county guidelines/restrictions.

I was scheduled for an equipment installation. Can I still expect it to happen this week? Yes, subject to local city and county guidelines/restrictions. Your sales representative will contact you to confirm.

Will Gaviña deliver less than minimum orders? NO. We can ship UP, shipping charges will apply. ….. get shipping fees: LA, OC, (50 mile radius).

Can I cancel my coffee order? Yes, for all Gaviña’s Brands (Gaviña Gourmet Coffee, Don Francisco’s Coffee, Café La Llave) No, any private label (custom) coffee that has been roasted.

I have an appointment with my sales representatives. Can I still expect them to visit me? Yes, we do encourage alternative forms of communication: Go-To Meetings, Video Conferencing, Facetime, telephone, email, etc.

Are you still producing coffee and will it be available when I place my order? Yes, we are still adhering to regular business & production hours.

Can I expect to get my delivery and if so, will it be on time? Yes, subject to local city and county guidelines and restrictions.

Are your delivery drivers going to keep making the deliveries? Yes, subject to local city and county guidelines and restrictions.

I need to place my installation on hold for a week – can I reschedule for another date in the future? Yes.

I need to postpone my delivery until I need more supplies, will you be able to deliver out of normal delivery schedule? No. We will adhere to our pre-scheduled route delivery. Some exceptions may apply.

Has your return policy changed? No, our standard 30-day policy still applies.
