Tips & Techniques

If you’re in the food service industry, you know about brewing large amounts of coffee. Some brewing methods that will help you include drip, pour-over, french press, and cold brew. Drip brewing is the most common method; pour-over is similar to drip, with more manual control. French press produces a full-bodied coffee by steeping grounds in hot water and pressing them down, and cold brew stays fresh in cold water for an extended period.

It’s also essential to offer milk alternatives to satisfy a range of customers’ dietary needs. Some alternatives to consider offering are soy milk, almond milk, oat milk, or pistachio milk.
