Vanilla Chai Pumpkin Pie Latte

Floating Pumpkin Head

Ingredients:

5 oz. Concentrate Pumpkin Spice Drip Coffee (double brewed and chilled)
1 oz. Torani® Pumpkin Pie Sauce
2 oz. Half & Half (or alternative milk)
16 oz. Cup of Ice

Directions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with all the ingredients. Shake well. Garnish with Pumpkin Cold Foam and drizzle Pumpkin Pie Sauce. To make Pumpkin Cold Foam, use 4 oz. non-fat milk with 1 pump of Pumpkin Pie Sauce and blend at 20% speed for 20 seconds.

Maple Toffee Mocha

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Torani® Maple Syrup
1/2 oz. Torani® English Toffee Syrup
1/2 oz. Torani® Dark Chocolate Sauce
2 shots of espresso
8 oz. milk (or alternative milk)

Directions:
Steam the syrups and milk together. Pour espresso in a cup and add steamed milk.
